II never thought that I could afford to buy a Holiday Home until I contacted Belgravia Consultants. I was offered a choice of apartments in Playa Blanca in Lanzarote and opted for a luxury 1 bed duplex in Sun Park Villas. The entire cost of the apartment was financed through the Santander Bank and all I had to pay was the £1,000 Booking Fee. I flew out to Lanzarote in September 2008 to close my deal and was collected at the airport by Belgravia's agent who helped me throughout the entire process. Since then I have purchased another property through Belgravia - a 3 bedroom villa in Puerto del Carmen - both are rented out for most of the year which pays my mortgage - and I enjoy 2 holidays a year on the Island. I was extremely impressed with the efficiency and professional service I experienced and I have no hesitation in recommending Belgravia Consultants to others.

I rarely offer testimonials for any service I receive but felt I had to make an exception for Simon Gold and his team at Belgravia Consultants. I now own a 3 bed villa with private pool in Playa del Blanca which I bought for just €225,000. The same villa had been on the market for €395,000 just 2 years previously.
I holiday in Lanzarote for 2 months of every year and the remainder of the time my property is let out to a Major Tour Operator. The total cost to me was just €1500 plus air fares.
So did they provide me with value for money?

I was 6 months behind with my mortgage payments and had been turned down everywhere for a loan. The mortgage company were in the process of repossessing my home and all my credit cards were maxed out. Despite the fact that I had a good job and a steady income most of my salary cheque went towards paying off interest. I no more thought that I could afford to buy a Holiday Home than book a flight to the moon. I could not afford any additional outgoings and I had no money for a deposit.
Now I own 3 x 2 Bed Villas in Puerto Del Carmen which I have rented out on Management Contracts for the entire year. Not only are the Mortgages being paid off but I enjoy a surplus of €3000 per year per unit (€9000 in total) which has made a big difference to my cash flow !
