We place most of the loan (up to 70%) with a mainstream lender at usual rates and obtain the Top Up amount from Private Funding at a nominally higher rate of interest. This means that the average repayment rate is usually only sightly higher than mainstream rates.
What if I have CCJ's and an adverse Credit History?

Our access to Private Equity Funds means that we are not solely reliant on the mainstream lending market. Most cases are approved in principle within 2 weeks of receipt of the completed application form, reports and fee. Bank Valuations are then done within 2 weeks. Completion usually takes another 2 to 4 weeks depending on Contract Formalities. It will necessary for you to fly out to the Islands to complete the purchase formalities. One of our agents will meet you at the airport and drop you to your accommodation which we provide for all of our customers free of charge. It is also possible to provide us with a Power of Attorney to act on your behalf should you be unable or unwilling to travel although we always recommend that customers personally visit. Our agent will assist with all of the completion formalities, notary and translation issues and will even help you to open a local bank account and obtain a Residentia Permit.
